Reviews
Positive: Some customers have reported positive experiences with specific therapists, but these seem to be the exception rather than the rule.
Negative: The majority of reviewers have reported poor experiences, citing issues with appointments, communication, and professionalism.

Poor Quality of Care

Lack of Professionalism

The reviews highlight major issues with the quality of care provided by Columbia River Mental Health. Despite having 5-star reviews, there are many instances of poor treatment, delays, and cancellations of appointments. One reviewer, Holly Jordan, reported having a positive experience with therapist Adam, but this is not the case for most reviewers. Many reviewers felt rushed, uncomfortable, or ignored during appointments.

Communication Breakdowns

Unreliable Appointments

Several reviewers experienced difficulties in booking appointments, with therapists canceling or failing to reschedule. Veronica Thomas reported being misled about getting licensed, and Anna Zajarania was told to reschedule, only to be denied due to a "no-show." Gabrielle had three appointments canceled, and Cheri H. struggled to get her case opened, with staff being unhelpful.

Unconducive Environment

Uncomfortable Sessions

Many reviewers felt uncomfortable or rushed during sessions. Bill Greene described an experience with a therapist who spent more time looking at their computer than speaking with him. L. S. reported feeling like a number rather than a person. Christopher Sean Williams likened trying to get help to asking a dragon for coins, and Anna Zajarania felt that no one at the clinic cared.

Red Flags

The persistent issues with delays, cancellations, and unprofessionalism raise serious concerns about the quality of care provided by Columbia River Mental Health.
