• Lifestyle Coaching: Our team provides guidance and support to help clients make healthy lifestyle choices, promoting overall wellness and resilience.
• Medication-Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorders: We offer specialized treatment for individuals struggling with addiction, incorporating proven therapies and medications to promote recovery.

Insurances and Fees

We accept a variety of insurances, including Pacific Source, First Choice, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Moda, and Providence. Our fee scale is as follows:

• Private Pay Evaluation: $450 (60-90 minutes)
• Private Pay Follow-up Appointments: $225 (30 minutes)

Terms and Policies

At Compass Psychiatric Wellness, we prioritize open and honest communication. Please take the time to review our policies regarding medication management, treatment goals, and expectations. We strive to provide the highest level of care possible, while also respecting each client's unique needs and boundaries.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

We require a credit card on file prior to scheduling your first appointment and payment at the time of service. Late cancellations and "no-shows" may result in a fee of $225 to cover missed appointment time. It is essential to provide at least one full business day's notice for cancellations.

Right to Terminate

Compass Psychiatric Wellness reserves the right to terminate the provider-patient relationship in situations where the client's needs are no longer being met or when a more suitable provider-patient relationship can be established.

Medication Policies

We strive to prescribe medications responsibly and thoughtfully. Benzodiazepines are rarely used, and when necessary, are prescribed on a time-limited basis. Stimulant medications are reserved for ADHD treatment and require a strict agreement to ensure safe and responsible use.

Refill Policy

Our standard practice is to write a prescription to cover medication needs until the next scheduled appointment. If a refill is necessary, please contact our office to schedule a follow-up appointment.
