Welcome to Not Just Yoga, a tranquil haven nestled in the heart of Polis, Cyprus. We are a yoga studio dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga. Our studio is led by Helen Smeaton, a registered Experienced level teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. With over 9 years of teaching experience and 2000 + hours of teaching, Helen has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of yoga. She has completed a therapeutic yoga training course and offers gentle therapeutic somatic yoga classes for students to help ease pain and discomfort in the body.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to promote health, healing, and well-being. Our classes include:

  • Group classes: We offer group classes for all levels, including Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, and gentle Yoga - Level 1. Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire students, while providing a safe and nurturing environment for growth and exploration.
  • Private sessions: We offer private sessions for those who prefer a more personalized experience. Private sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each student, and can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.
  • Therapeutic yoga: We offer gentle therapeutic somatic yoga classes for students with injuries, aches, pains, or mobility issues. Our therapeutic classes are designed to help students find relief from pain and discomfort, while promoting healing and well-being.
  • Workshops: We offer workshops on a variety of topics, including meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and yoga philosophy. Our workshops are designed to deepen students' understanding and practice of yoga.
  • Home practice: We offer resources and support for students who wish to develop a home practice. Our goal is to provide students with the tools and resources they need to develop a regular yoga practice that is sustainable and rewarding.
