Our Expertise

Danielle Goldstein, MS, AHC, E-RYT-500, C-IAYT is our Director and the heart of Balance Yoga & Healing. She is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and Ayurvedic health counselor with over 20 years of experience. Danielle has studied many traditions of classical yoga, including Ashtanga Yoga, and has trained with renowned yoga teachers and Ayurvedic practitioners.
