*Nick Nolan, Chef and Owner*
Nick is a born and bred Los Angeles native who found his heart on the Central Coast more than 10 years ago. With a Culinary degree from Santa Barbara City College, Nick has worked in kitchens in Los Angeles, lived abroad running kitchens in Australia, and worked under the tutelage of Artisan's Chris Kobayashi. Today, Nick is committed to working with only the best fare to create an elevated classic California experience in the catering world.

Erica is a Cal Poly Graduate in Wine and Viticulture who was able to parlay herself into a career in Marketing for the last 10 years with the Firestone Walker Brewing Company. Today, Erica enjoys working side by side with her husband and Trumpet Vine Co-Owner Nick, focusing on Marketing and Sales for Trumpet Vine.

Brian is a Boston Massachusetts native that brings over 30 years of east coast culinary flair to the team. Today, Brian is the proud owner of C.C. Signature Beef Jerky and is a beloved member of the Trumpet Vine team!
