*Chef Seth White*, the founder and co-owner of Pacific Harvest Catering, began his culinary journey at the age of 14, working his way up through the kitchens of upscale restaurants in Northern California. His love for nature and seasonal flavors is reflected in the menus he creates, where he seamlessly incorporates local organic produce to craft memorable dining experiences.

*Dawn White*, co-owner and business manager of Pacific Harvest Catering, discovered her passion for event catering and hospitality while attending Cal Poly and working at local restaurants. After graduating, she spent several years as a food and business reporter for the San Luis Obispo Tribune, where she honed her writing and industry knowledge. Together, Seth and Dawn make a dynamic duo that brings their collective expertise and dedication to excellence to every event they cater.
