Providing a quality project to enhance your business success
At Full Circle Psychotherapy, we believe that every individual deserves a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As a licensed mental health therapist, I, Ay Lacarter, am dedicated to helping adults navigate the complexities of life and build a deeper connection with themselves.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy of therapy is rooted in the understanding that choosing to enter into a therapeutic relationship is a sacred act that requires respect, empathy, and compassion. We believe that each individual is unique and that their journey towards healing and growth is personal and important. Our approach is grounded in Jungian theory, which emphasizes the importance of deepening one's relationship with their inner life through increased awareness of unconscious influences and inner dynamics.
