San Francisco Youth Soccer provides recreational, competitive, and elite youth soccer leagues, as well as referee training and resources for coaches and players. Our mission is to offer affordable and high-quality soccer programming to the San Francisco community, fostering player development and a love for the game. We offer resources for coaches, referees, and players, including training and certification programs, game schedules, and rules information.

Norcal Athletics is a community-based, recreational not-for-profit soccer league based in San Francisco, CA, founded in 2004. The program was started by Paul Heuberger in 2004 while he studied at USF to fill the need of the surrounding community for a reliable, well-organized men's and co-ed soccer program for recent graduates that wanted to continue playing soccer after college. Since then, our soccer program has grown to multiple locations in San Francisco and Berkeley with around 80 men's and co-ed teams and kids clinics playing all year round. Most of our leagues are 18 and over men's, women's, or co-ed small-sided 7v7 or 8v8 games conducted on artificial grass surfaces. Apart from organizing soccer leagues, pick-up games, kids clinics, practices, corporate events, coaching, and tournaments, we support various community programs. EmpowerMe Academy is a 501c3 non-profit organization in the San Francisco Bay Area, dedicated to teaching essential basketball fundamentals and leadership skills to youth. The organization offers high-quality coaching and mentorship, and emphasizes innovation, exceptional values, and human service. EmpowerMe Academy aims to change the status quo in youth sports, providing opportunities for youth to develop into compassionate leaders both on and off the court.

Big Kicks Soccer offers a non-competitive soccer program for children ages 2-6. Our program is designed to be fun and pressure-free, with a focus on teaching fundamental soccer skills such as kicking, dribbling, shooting, and goalkeeping. Our experienced coaches work with small groups of children to ensure a maximum 12:1 child-to-coach ratio, allowing for personalized attention and instruction. Our Spring Sessions consist of 10-11 total classes, held weekly on days and times specifically designed for each group. Registration is open during the designated periods, and prices vary by location.

American Gymnastics Club is San Francisco's finest gymnastics club, offering a comprehensive blend of recreational and competitive instruction. Classes are available at all levels, from beginning to competitive. Our expert staff has extensive experience in teaching, as well as competition, thus each instructor brings his or her own first-hand knowledge and background into each session. We maintain a student-teacher ratio of 8 to 1 or fewer to facilitate individualized training. San Francisco Sea Lions Underwater Hockey is a fast-paced and exciting sport played on the bottom of a pool by teams of 6 players with masks, snorkels, fins, and short sticks. The sport requires teamwork, skill, and strategy to move the puck and score goals. Our mission is to provide a fun and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels to develop their skills and compete at the national and international levels. We welcome players who are interested in trying out the sport and provide all the necessary equipment and training. Our practices are held every Wednesday evening at Martin Luther King Jr. Pool and all players are required to register before entering the water.
