Empowering Youth Through Basketball & Leadership Development
Empower ME Academy was founded in 2013 with a mission to transform youth sports by cultivating compassionate leaders. Our programs integrate high-level basketball skill development with leadership education, emphasizing teamwork, character, and community impact. Through clinics, courses, and events like EmpowerFest, we serve diverse youth populations across the San Francisco Bay Area, prioritizing accessibility with tuition assistance for 30% of students. Our approach combines expert coaching with mentorship, fostering environments where young athletes grow both on and off the court. Partnerships with local organizations and a focus on equity ensure our programs reach underserved communities. With over a decade of experience, our team has impacted thousands of students, earning recognition through testimonials and 5-star reviews. We measure success not just by athletic achievement, but by the development of leaders who positively influence their families, schools, and neighborhoods. Our documentary 'Empowered: A Leader's Journey' and annual EmpowerFest event showcase our commitment to redefining youth sports culture. By emphasizing values like gratitude, collaboration, and resilience, we prepare students to excel as leaders in all aspects of life.
