Mindful Motion Yoga is a virtual yoga studio offering a range of classes, including Gentle Yoga and Mixed Level Yoga, as well as online workshops and teacher training. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive community for students to learn and practice yoga and mindfulness, ultimately leading to reduced stress and improved overall well-being. With a focus on mindfulness, meditation, and trauma-sensitive yoga, our classes are designed to meet the needs of students from all backgrounds and abilities. Our instructors are experienced and certified in various yoga styles and techniques, and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. We offer classes daily, with the exception of Thursdays, which are recorded and available for students to practice at their convenience. We also offer monthly auto-pay options and packages for regular students, as well as individualized instruction and personalized coaching.
