Established in 2002, Yoga Den Studios has been a pioneer in the yoga industry in Jacksonville, Florida. Our philosophy is centered around "No Judgement, " and we aim to create a space where every individual feels welcomed and accepted. We offer a variety of yoga classes, including MindBody, Sun Power, Hot Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, to cater to all levels and preferences.

Our mission is to foster a community that encourages self-growth, mindfulness, and well-being. We believe that yoga is a practice that evolves over time, and we strive to provide an environment where both beginners and seasoned students can enjoy classes together. Our experienced instructors offer permissions to rest and teach modifications to ensure that each posture suits individual needs.

• Teacher Training Programs: Yoga Den Studios offers 200 Hour and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs. These programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become certified yoga instructors.

Our Locations

Yoga Den Studios has nine locations in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Yulee, Florida. We are constantly expanding and will be opening our 10th location on Southside Blvd. by Tinsel Town in summer 2023. Each of our studios is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a serene atmosphere conducive to a fulfilling yoga practice.
