We offer a range of classes for all levels, from gentle hatha to more challenging vinyasa flows. Our studio is light, bright, and airy, filled with natural light and fresh air. Cotton blankets, natural cork blocks, and straps are available. We also offer workshops, teacher trainings, and private sessions.
