Our team is led by Cyndi Embody, who has over 30 years of medical background and is currently studying with Gary Kraftsow Viniyoga. Teacher Training Program

Our Teacher Training Program is designed for all humans who want to deepen their skills and knowledge of yoga. The program is led by Cyndi Embody, a certified yoga teacher with over 30 years of medical background.

Cyndi Embody

Cyndi is the founder of Yoga Om Studio and has over 30 years of medical background. She believes in the transformative power of yoga and has spent years studying and practicing various styles of yoga. Cyndi is a certified yoga teacher and has completed her Viniyoga training with Gary Kraftsow.

Erin Spicer

Erin has been passionate about fitness and body awareness her entire life. She discovered yoga in college and has maintained a consistent practice since 2005. Erin has studied with Scott Nanamura, of Diamond Heart Yoga, and received her RYT-200 in 2017.

Donny "Love" Roberts

Donny's true passion is yoga, which he discovered in his 20s after a serious car accident. He has earned his 500-hour teacher training and specializes in energy work and love to train for healing, breath work, and fitness of all levels.

Kacey Davy

Kacey is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-500 and YACEP and also teaches Ashtanga Yoga. She has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2005 and believes that yoga provides strength, peace, and spiritual connection.
