Our History

Commercial Properties Management LLC (CPM) was founded by Richard McGoldrick in 2001 to manage his growing portfolio of development and investment properties. The company was sold to its current ownership in 2015, and since then, CPM has expanded its client base to include third-party commercial and residential management.

Management Team

Karen Twohig, Chief Financial Officer: With over 19 years of experience, Karen is responsible for managing the financial relationships between clients, financial institutions, and mortgage companies. In her free time, Karen enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.

Abigail Cassidy, Senior Property Manager: Abigail is responsible for directing all maintenance operations for over 1.2 million square feet of commercial and residential space. With a background in business administration, Abigail is dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and their tenants. In her spare time, Abigail enjoys real estate and business, and is currently pursuing her license as a notary and working towards her designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Corinna Belanger, Business Manager: Corinna oversees all Human Resource functions and prepares and monitors annual operating budgets for the company's multiple divisions. With a background in business administration and accounting, Corinna is responsible for CPM's receivables and monitoring its financial obligations.

Justin Biggs, Senior Maintenance Technician: Originally from Iowa, Justin is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has had his hands on a variety of projects throughout the years. In his free time, Justin loves to waterfall chase, fly his kite on the beach, van camp, dance to live music, and his favorite hobby is raptor attacking state high points.

Anne Graham, Director of Finance Management: Anne joined CPM's Accounting Team in 2019 with 25 years of experience with Maine-based corporations. With a focus on accurate and timely information, providing both internal and external customer service, and continuous improvement, Anne is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and their tenants.

Cori Hodsdon, Lease Administrator: Cori recently joined the CPM team after 28 years with a local, Maine-based retail company specializing in construction, facilities management, and supply procurement for 226 retail store locations. Cori is responsible for both lease administration and property management for a portion of the commercial properties within the company's portfolio.

Melissa Robare, Director of Residential Management: Melissa joined CPM in April 2018 as a Property Manager. With a background in business administration, Melissa is responsible for managing residential properties within the company's portfolio. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and practicing yoga.
