Saco Falls Management was founded in January 2013 to manage properties developed by The Szanton Company. Our team, led by Nathan Szanton and Robert C. S. Monks, has extensive experience in property management and development. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include a range of properties across Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire.
