In 2015, Dan successfully purchased Maintenance Dispatch, a facilities service company, and a competing Property Management portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties. Dan's former role as a property manager at Mattson Development, where he managed an 80-unit portfolio in Portland, Maine, and acted as a project manager for the development company, focused on condo and multi-unit developments, has contributed significantly to his expertise in the industry.
