Meet Our Founder

Meet Melora Lager, the founder and lead instructor of Let It Be Yoga, who has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 33 years. Melora's journey into yoga began during her second pregnancy, initially drawn to its physical benefits, but soon embracing its spiritual aspects. Her passion for yoga is reflected in her commitment to guiding students on their own transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

  • Room Temperature Yoga: Done at a comfortable temperature, our Room Temperature classes focus on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation.
