Yoga Simple and Sacred is a unique and inclusive yoga studio based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. - Weekly Classes: We offer several weekly classes that cater to different levels and interests. Our classes include Gentle/Beginner Yoga, Mixed Level, and Therapeutic Yoga. Each class is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for students to explore and deepen their practice.
- Private Yoga Classes: If you prefer a more personalized and flexible approach, we offer private yoga classes tailored to your needs, goals, and schedule. Our certified yoga instructor, Gloria Drayer, will work with you to create a customized practice that addresses your unique challenges, strengths, and aspirations.
- Yoga and Grief Wellness Services: At Yoga Simple and Sacred, we understand that grief is a natural and inevitable part of life. That's why we offer Yoga and Grief, a holistic approach to healing designed for those who are going through the process of grief. Our program, based on Gloria's book Yoga and Grief: A Compassionate Journey Toward Healing, combines yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques to help you cope with grief and loss. We also offer private grief yoga sessions and workshops that incorporate journaling, sharing circles, and breathwork.
- Workshops and Retreats: We host regular workshops and retreats that explore various aspects of yoga, wellness, and personal growth. Our workshops cover topics such as yoga sequencing, meditation, mindfulness, and self-care. Our retreats offer a chance to deepen your practice, connect with like-minded people, and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature.
- Videos and Online Resources: If you can't join us in person, you can still access our teachings and practices through our online videos and resources. We offer a variety of video classes, tutorials, and guided meditations that you can do at your own pace and convenience.
