At Balanced Humans, we've always been passionate about the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and fitness. Our founder, Nadine Blinn, a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience, recognized the profound impact that these practices can have on individuals and teams. Building on this vision, Nadine assembled a team of expert instructors, each with their unique style and approach, to bring our mission to life.

Our Teachers

At Balanced Humans, we're proud to work with a talented team of instructors who share our commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all. Meet our dedicated teachers:

Nadine Blinn is our founder and lead teacher. Her extensive experience and inclusive approach make her the perfect mentor for our team.

Kali Shilvock is a RYT500-hour certified yoga teacher, trained in the Sri Vidya lineage. Her expertise in meditation, Ayurveda, and ParaYoga makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Kathleen Brooks is a seasoned instructor with a passion for creating challenging and inclusive classes, focusing on sequencing and precise cues to unlock peak poses.

Jill Jaques is a vinyasa, hatha, and yin-style yoga instructor, known for her clear explanations and nurturing teaching style. When not teaching, she runs her stand-up paddleboard yoga business, DeepBlueYoga.
