Rehab & Therapy

Our Rehab & Therapy program, also known as SFRT, is designed to help you overcome injuries and get back to your normal activities as quickly and safely as possible. Our licensed therapists and athletic trainers use a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, blood flow restriction training, and dry needling, to help you achieve optimal recovery.

Sports Rehabilitation Services

Our Sports Rehabilitation Services include:

  • Post-Operative Rehabilitation: We offer post-operative rehabilitation services for patients who have undergone surgery. Our experienced physical therapists and athletic trainers will help you recover from your procedure and get back to your normal activities as quickly and safely as possible.
  • Conservative-Care Rehabilitation: Our conservative-care rehabilitation services are designed to help patients recover from injuries or surgery without surgery. We'll work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.

  • Back to Sport Program: Our Back to Sport Program is designed for high-level athletes who need to continue their strength and conditioning programs while still in the rehab process.
