As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern, I, Lindsay Hazard, have a deep passion for helping teen athletes fuel their bodies to meet their performance goals. With my extensive background in nutrition and experience as a former collegiate track and cross-country runner turned marathoner, I have a unique understanding of the importance of nutrition for athletes.

Individual Nutrition Coaching

Perfect for the high-performing teen athlete, our individualized nutrition coaching program provides personalized nutrition recommendations backed by evidence-based research. You'll receive a comprehensive plan that includes dietary analysis, individualized meal and snack ideas, and access to a dietitian for support.

Meal Plans

Our meal plans are designed to make healthy eating easy and convenient. Choose from two options: a meal plan with or without a 20-minute planning session. Each meal plan includes 5 breakfast options, 5 lunch options, 5 dinner options, and 10 snack options, as well as links to recipes and individualized calorie, carbohydrate, protein, and fat needs.

Quick Consults

Not sure where to start or need guidance on a specific nutrition topic? Our quick consults are designed to give you the answers you need. Choose from a 25-minute session that covers nutrition education on a topic of your choice and receives an email summarizing our discussion and educational materials.

Team Nutrition Talks

Looking to take your team to the next level? Our team nutrition talks are designed to educate and motivate athletes, coaches, and teams on the importance of nutrition in sports. Choose from a variety of topics, including sports nutrition basics, nutrition for the female athlete, eating to gain muscle, and more.
