With a maximum of 6 people per class, our expert instructors can focus on providing personalized attention and guidance to ensure a safe and effective workout.

Our Services

At The Pilates Garage, we offer a variety of services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our main service is our 50-minute Reformer Pilates classes, which are held five times a week. Our classes are designed to provide a challenging and engaging workout that will leave you feeling long and lean. We also offer private and semi-private sessions for those who prefer a more personalized approach.

The Pilates Garage was founded by Kate Curtis, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and a fully certified Pilates and Barre instructor through Balanced Body University. Kate is passionate about Pilates and its ability to transform the body and mind.
