Our Approach to Pilates

We stay true to the original Pilates method, as developed by Joseph Pilates, and focus on private, duet, and small group instruction. Our expert instructors are certified in the Gratz Pilates method and have completed rigorous training under internationally renowned teacher Romana Kryzanowska, who studied with Joseph Pilates for 27 years.
