Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers expressed disappointment with the customer service at Weokie Credit Union. Angelina Atwood mentioned that a teller was rude and unhelpful when asked to exchange coins for cash, despite being told it was possible ahead of time. Najika Sempai had issues with the credit union's app recognizing their debit card as Wells Fargo and receiving spam offers, and they also noticed reordered transactions that would put them overdrawn. Melvin Bell stated that there are no tellers on Saturdays, making it difficult to bank without a car.
Branch Issues
Some reviewers had issues with specific branches or services. Claudio Villegas suggested that the Weokie location on Saturday would be improved if it had a lobby open for a few hours.
