Disappointing Experience at this Banking Location
The below reviews highlight the numerous issues and disappointments customers have had at this banking location. A common theme among the reviews is the lack of customer service, with many customers expressing frustration with the inability of bank staff to answer phone calls or provide assistance on weekends.
Saturday Hours Incorrect
The first review by Nicole Hardwick states that the location is supposed to be open until noon on Saturdays, but in reality, it is not open on Saturdays at all. This incorrect information has caused inconvenience and confusion for customers.
Poor Customer Service
Jerry Gilbert's review emphasizes the poor customer service at this location, stating that it is a "horrible place" with no customer service available on weekends. Another reviewer, Alyssa Ashby, took it a step further, stating that the customer service is so poor that she thinks all the staff should be fired.
Limited Services
Cynthia Thompson's review offers a slightly more neutral perspective, mentioning that the location does have an ATM and two drive-thru lanes, but it also has no lobby transactions, which limits the services available to customers.
