Overall Experience
The majority of customers have had a positive experience with Chrome Federal Credit Union, with many praising the professionalism and helpfulness of their employees, particularly Anthony Zanolla, Amanda S., and Anthony. Many customers have been able to easily set up joint bank accounts, re-finance loans, and receive assistance with loan applications and closings.
Negative Comments
On the other hand, some customers have had negative experiences with Chrome Federal Credit Union. E. MusS had a terrible experience, being denied a loan and charged extra fees for not being a member. Stephen Jarvis also expressed disappointment with the customer service, stating that the organization treats customers poorly and prioritizes spending money on equipment and services over benefiting members.
