Our History
Founded in 1940, OMEGA Federal Credit Union has a rich history that spans over eight decades. Originally established as Bell International Federal Credit Union, serving Bell Telephone and AT&T employees, we have evolved to serve over 300 business partner groups in Allegheny and Washington Counties, as well as employees working, living, or worshipping in these areas. Our commitment to excellence has remained unwavering, as we strive to provide exceptional member service and innovative financial solutions to our members.

Exceptional Service

They mentioned timely and hassle-free loan processing, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and great customer service. Reviewers appreciated the convenience of having a coffee bar and stylus pens for customers.
Unreliable Technology and Banking Issues
On the negative side, two reviewers experienced significant issues with Omega FCU's technology and banking services. Margaret M. mentioned that the bank locked her out of her account for a week, lost $350 of a refund, and lost her paycheck. Gordon Davis reported that his debit card was frequently declined due to the bank's system being offline, and that his daily balance was randomly adjusted without notification, leading to public embarrassment and wasted time.
