Several reviewers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the management and maintenance of Varsity Campus. Holly Spoonley mentioned that the properties are dirty, run down, and that maintenance does not repair anything. Adiba Khan had trouble getting in touch with management and was unable to resolve issues with her apartment. The reviewers also complained about poor responsiveness from management and maintenance.
Illegal Activity and Theft
Shanice Knox's review highlighted a serious issue with the complex, stating that her son's apartment was cleared out while he was still in an active lease, with his belongings stolen or removed. This is a clear violation of the lease agreement and a serious concern for students and parents alike.
Disappointing Living Experience
Rosa Bonnet had a particularly bad experience, describing her apartment as being in poor condition, with evidence of pest infestation, unsanitary conditions, and dirty walls. She claimed that the complex failed to address her concerns and left her feeling frustrated and ignored.
Gift Cards and Manipulation
Girik Bhagwani accused the complex of offering gift cards to leave positive reviews, and not actually giving them out. This raises concerns about the complex's integrity and honesty.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Seri Lee, Lauren Fie, Sandra Delgado, and Lukas Mcilroy had positive experiences with the complex. They praised the location, amenities, and responsiveness of the staff. However, their positive experiences were overshadowed by the numerous negative reviews.
