Our Team
We are proud to have a team of dedicated and diverse professionals who provide a fresh approach to real estate property management. Our team includes Michael Morings, our Director of Operations, who has over 20 years of real estate investment and property management experience. Michael has managed portfolios in excess of $45 million and has positioned each property with greater cash flow and viability based on sound management principles.
We also have Mekkah Morings, our Financial Specialist, who oversees all financial activity and ensures long-term financial goals are met. Mekkah is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Finance and has been with Dynasty since 2019.
Felicia Morings, our Business Development specialist, is a brand and educational strategist who partners with organizations to grow their personal and professional brands. With over 15 years of experience in education and training, Felicia brings her expertise to our company to ensure our services are always innovative and effective.
