Our Timeline
At Northwood Office, we have a long history of success and growth. Our timeline spans over five years, with a start date of 2017. In 2017, Northwood Investors purchased Ballantyne, 800 Corporate Point, and Tower Point, and established Northwood Office as an operating platform. In 2018, Northwood Investors acquired 123 Mission in San Francisco, CA, and began construction on 555 Mangum, which Northwood Office manages upon completion.
