Our Chef
Chez Michele's passion for food and calling as a chef began at the tender age of four, when she received her first easy-bake oven. Inheriting a French sensibility and many family recipes from her parents, Michele spent countless hours in the kitchen with her mom, preparing meals for the family.
After graduating from the prestigious Johnson & Wales Culinary School, Michele honed her skills working with some of the world's finest chefs from France, Italy, Germany, Japan, and the U.S. With a passion for food and a commitment to excellence, Michele has spent the last two decades creating unforgettable dining experiences for clients across the country.
