  • IAYT Accredited Therapist Training: Our Essential Yoga Therapy Therapist Training program provides seasoned, mature, yoga teachers with the skills and knowledge to become competent yoga therapists. This program is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
  • Breathing Lite and Restoring Prana: Prana is the life force that sustains us, and cultivating a rich reservoir of prana is the essential goal of yoga practice. Our Breathing Lite and Restoring Prana workshops teach students how to train themselves to need less breath, not more, using pranayama as the primary tool.
