History of the Davenport Roadhouse

The Davenport Roadhouse has a rich history dating back to the 1860s, when the town of Davenport was founded by Captain John Davenport, a whaler from the East coast. Over the years, the establishment has undergone several transformations, from a general store to a restaurant and inn. In 2020, we took over the reins, bringing new energy and vision to this beloved institution.
