Leonardo grew up in the restaurant, learning the business from his parents Manuel and Alice. He took over operations in 1989, maintaining the original recipes while guiding the business through multiple decades of service to the Aptos community.
Patricia Santana
Co-Owner
Patricia joined the business in 2001, taking over administrative responsibilities from her mother-in-law Alice. She works closely with Leonardo to maintain the restaurant's traditions while managing day-to-day operations and community relations.
