At Pinnacle Fitness, we are a family-owned and operated fitness boutique located in the heart of Buckhead. Our mission is to provide a one-stop-shop for all your health and fitness needs. We specialize in one-on-one and partner personal training, golf and tennis-specific sports conditioning, full-body circuit classes several mornings a week, dance fitness, and an Infrared Sauna to help aid recovery.

Our team of certified trainers and professionals is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We offer flexible packages to suit all levels of training, whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, or transform your body.

We understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, which is why we offer a variety of services tailored to meet your specific needs. Our Wellness Program is designed for those looking to make a full lifestyle turnaround and live the life they have always dreamed. This program includes a licensed professional counselor, a licensed professional dietician, and a certified fitness trainer working together to make the changes you need in mind, body, and life to be truly healthy, happy, and fit.

For those looking to build bigger, stronger, solid muscle, our Strength program puts the emphasis on strengthening your skeletal muscle. We also offer Sports-Specific Conditioning for athletes and students alike, focusing on attributes like stability, strength, flexibility, conditioning, and speed. Our Titlist Golf Fitness program provides individual and group Golf Conditioning sessions, analyzing body positioning and efficiency of the golf swing to enhance individual skills.

Our Pinnacle Pump full-body circuit training class is offered at various times throughout the week, allowing you to drop in and bring a friend. We also offer a variety of nutrition programs, including an Ongoing Monthly Program, an 8-Week, and a 12-Week Program, all designed to provide you with accountability and guidance.

In addition to these services, we also offer an InBody Body Composition Scan. This scan goes beyond just measuring your weight, breaking down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass (muscle), minerals, and retained water. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are and act as a guide to help achieve your goals.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals. Jamie Bodner, our owner, studied with the renowned Dr. Jack Barnathan, owner and founder of NYStrength, a worldwide leader in health, fitness, strength, and conditioning. Crystal Dozier, one of our trainers, is a graduate from Albany State University and a graduate from Body Design University, where the Mission Statement is 'To be the Nations Leading School for Personal Trainers'. Sangeeta Lazarus, another trainer, brings 11 years of personal training experience and is NASM certified and TRX Certified.
