What We Offer
We offer a variety of yoga classes tailored to suit different needs and preferences. Our classes include Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yogalates, Yoga Sculpt, and Yin Yoga. Each class is designed to provide a unique experience that caters to different levels of practice and promotes overall well-being.
Our Flow Yoga classes are dynamic and challenging, using the breath to fuse postures together in a seamless series of movements. This style of yoga increases flexibility, strength, and stamina while calming the mind and improving overall health.
Power Yoga is a vigorous practice that makes your body and mind feel joyful and energized. It strengthens your body, increases flexibility, promotes stamina and healthy weight management, improves circulation, and boosts the immune system.
Hatha Yoga is the fundamental system of yoga that combines poses with breathing techniques. This practice is suitable for yogis of all levels, including beginners, and focuses on alignment and mindful breathing.
Yogalates is a fusion class that offers the core-building strength of Pilates mixed with the postures and breathing techniques of Yoga. This class is a wonderful way to exercise and strengthen your core, leaving you feeling energized, calm, and stretched in all the right places.
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted.
Yin Yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. It safely targets the deepest tissues of the body - the connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles. This practice improves the energy movement, enhancing its flow into the organs, offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits, and promotes a sense of calm and relaxation.
Our Team
Our team of instructors is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for our students. Each instructor brings their unique style and passion for yoga to every class, ensuring that every student has an exceptional experience.
Anna Jennings started her journey with yoga in 2006 and fell in love with it almost instantly. She believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of advancement, age, shape, or physical ability. Anna strives to share her passion and excitement for yoga with everyone in each and every class.
Aimee Capps believes that yoga is a practice of discovery, curiosity, and growth. She has been teaching yoga since 2020 and brings her passion for teaching to every class, crafting dynamic and intentional flows that ignite the body, build strength and flexibility, engage the mind, and leave students feeling invigorated.
Shaun Cricks has been practicing yoga for over a decade. His journey into yoga began as a healing process after a car accident, which revealed to him the restorative power of yoga for the body, mind, and spirit. Shaun is dedicated to helping others experience the transformative benefits of yoga.
Events
At SoFLo, we also offer various events throughout the year, including workshops, retreats, and special classes. These events provide an opportunity for our students to deepen their practice, connect with like-minded individuals, and experience new styles and techniques of yoga.
Pricing
We offer a variety of pricing options to suit different needs and budgets. Our pricing includes drop-in rates, class packages, and membership options. We believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of yoga, regardless of their financial situation. Therefore, we offer discounts for students, seniors, and military personnel.
