The Providence Center is a trusted nonprofit organization that has been serving the community for over three decades. Our mission is to provide comprehensive behavioral health and addiction services to adults, adolescents, and children. We are committed to helping individuals and families overcome mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and trauma.

Our Services

At The Providence Center, we offer a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include:

Addiction and Recovery Services: We provide a variety of programs to help individuals recover from addiction, including crisis stabilization unit, recovery residence, and outpatient services.

Behavioral Health Services: Our experienced clinicians offer individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. We also provide crisis intervention services and assessments.

Child and Family Care: We offer a range of services, including on-site childcare, family therapy, and individual therapy for children. Our goal is to support the emotional well-being of children and strengthen family relationships.

Crisis Services: We have a 24-hour crisis hotline and a crisis stabilization unit that provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals in crisis.

Emergency Department: Our emergency department provides immediate mental health and medical care to those in need.

Community Diversion: We offer community diversion programs that provide non-traditional treatment approaches, such as art therapy and outdoor recreation, to support individuals in recovery.

Criminal Justice Programs: We provide treatment services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system, including assessment, counseling, and case management.

DCYF Resources: We offer resources and support to families involved in the DCYF system.

Education and Employment: Our education and employment services focus on helping individuals develop coping skills, employment skills, and education achievement.

Genoa Pharmacy: We have an on-site pharmacy that provides medication management and distribution services to our clients.

InShape: Our InShape program provides physical therapy and occupational therapy services to individuals with mental health and addiction disorders.

Integrated Primary And Behavioral Care: Our integrated care model combines primary care and behavioral health services under one roof.

PCHC At North Main: We offer comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services at our North Main location.

TPC At Prairie Avenue: Our TPC program provides primary care and behavioral health services to individuals with complex care needs.

Social Ventures: We also have social ventures that provide job training, employment services, and supportive services to individuals with mental health and addiction challenges.
