Our Services

Our experienced and licensed clinical social worker, Jane Abrams, offers a range of services, including trauma therapy for adult survivors of childhood abuse, PTSD, and recent traumatic exposures. We also provide grief and loss therapy to help individuals navigate the grieving process, as well as relationships therapy for couples in all stages of their relationships and for individuals struggling with relationship issues.

In addition, our clinical supervision services are designed to support beginning and experienced clinicians, helping them to develop their skills and improve their practice. We also offer life transitions therapy to individuals going through significant life events, such as beginning or ending a relationship, adjusting to various stages of parenting, or managing the stresses of college or graduate school.

Our Expertise

Jane Abrams has over three decades of experience in the field of psychotherapy, and has worked with a wide range of clients and populations. She's a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, with a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jane has published numerous papers and presented at conferences on topics such as trauma, relationships, and clinical supervision. She's also a part-time lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, teaching graduate students about psychotherapy and trauma.
