The positive comments praise the organization's mission, peer-based support system, sense of community, and the efforts of individual staff members, such as Eric Wakefield, who is credited with having a forgiving heart.
The negative comments mainly revolve around the changes made under new leadership, the loss of a popular staff member, and the perceived abuse of power by some staff members.
