Our team, led by Dick Williams, CPM, and Adam Williams, CMCA, has over 40 years of combined experience in managing all forms of real estate, including condominiums, office buildings, conventional rentals, and subsidized housing. Our Story

Paradigm Partners was incorporated in 1999 by Richard A. Williams, CPM, and Adam Williams, CMCA. Dick has over 30 years of experience in managing various types of real estate, including condominiums, office buildings, conventional rentals, and subsidized housing. Adam has over 10 years of experience in managing condominiums, commercial properties, and mixed-use developments. Our team holds professional credentials, including Certified Property Manager, licensed real estate Broker, licensed Construction Supervisor, Certified Manager of Community Associations, and Notary Public.

Our Services

At Paradigm Partners, we offer a comprehensive range of services to our clients, including financial, maintenance, and administrative functions. We also provide financial-only services to a number of communities. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the association through one or more of the following hallmarks:

• Capital Repairs: We assist owners in decision-making, selection of contractors, and oversight of capital repairs, ranging from several thousand dollars to over $11,000,000.
• Energy Savings: We help clients take advantage of energy-saving programs and equipment, resulting in significant savings.
• Transition from Developer to Unit Owner Control: We assist condominium associations in making a successful transition from developer to unit owner control.
• Insurance Coverage & Premiums: We ensure that the insurance carried is consistent with the By-Laws, and we have seen premiums reduced through adjustments in this area.
• Obtaining Additional Funds: We assist owners in obtaining bank loans or lines of credit when facing necessary but expensive repairs.
