• Initial Assessment and Pricing: Our representatives will visit your home to answer any questions and make an initial assessment. We will collect basic data on your house and provide a fixed-price annual maintenance agreement.
• Annual Maintenance Agreement: Our customized maintenance plan will be tailored to your specific needs and budget.
• Kick-Off Inventory and Inspection: Our team will inspect and take inventory of your home, providing a comprehensive list of recommended repairs and improvements.
• Seasonal and/or Scheduled Services: We will schedule all services under the annual contract, providing you with advance notifications and updates.
• Weekly or Monthly Check-In: We can provide regular inspections while your home is vacant or you're away.
• Additional Services: Requests for additional services can be made online, by phone, text, or email.
• 24/7 On-Call Emergency Response: Our team is available 24/7 to respond to any emergency situations.
