Client Services

- Preparing an annual operating budget
- Preparing and distributing year-to-date budgeted versus actual income and expenses analysis
- Establishing, maintaining, and reconciling individual client operating and/or investment bank accounts
- Preparing and distributing monthly financial statements
- Collecting assessments and/or monthly charges due and depositing into the appropriate client account(s)
In addition to financial management, we also offer property management services that include:
- Assisting clients in the procurement of all insurance coverage and providing assistance in the event of an insurance claim
- Receiving and investigating any and all complaints regarding rules violations and ensuring that all complaints and/or rules violations are handled without delay
- Coordinating and preparing annual meetings
