Our History
Affinity Realty & Property Management, LLC ("Affinity") is an entity formed with Diversified Funding Incorporated ("DFI") to provide focused property management and realty services for condominium associations. We have been an active member of the real estate community since 1974. During the last four decades, we have demonstrated an ability to meet our commitments and to accomplish the goals of our clients. Our service-oriented approach enables us to develop and maintain long-standing client relationships. Affinity represents over 55 condominium associations in the Greater Boston Area.
