Our Winemaking Philosophy
Our winemaking philosophy is centered around the idea that great wine begins in the vineyard. We work closely with our growers to ensure that our grapes are of the highest quality, carefully selecting the best blocks and lots to produce our unique and complex wines.
Our Vineyard
Our vineyard, located at the Big Oak Ranch, is a 56-acre property perched on the east foothills of Morgan Hill. This ancient landslide estate provides a perfect microclimate and rich soil, ideal for both red and white varietals. With its high elevation and picturesque setting, it's a perfect location for producing high-quality grapes within the Central Coast AVA near the Silicon Valley.
Our Winemaking Team
Our winemaking team, led by winemakers Christian Roguenant and Sofia Fedotova, is dedicated to crafting wines that showcase the unique characteristics of our vineyard. We use traditional winemaking techniques, combined with modern technology, to create wine that is both classic and innovative.
