- Fall Relax & Reset Retreat: Our Fall Relax & Reset Retreat offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice, restore your energy, and connect with nature. This 3-day retreat includes yoga and Pilates classes, workshops, and outdoor activities, all set amidst the stunning beauty of the fall season.

Q: Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?
A: No, flexibility is not a prerequisite for practicing yoga. Our classes are designed to meet students at their own level, and our teachers will offer modifications and adjustments to help you find the right balance of challenge and ease.
Q: What should I wear to class?
A: We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Avoid clothing that is too loose or too tight, as it may restrict your movement or become uncomfortable during class.
Q: Do I need to bring my own mat?
A: We provide mats and props for all students to use during class. However, if you prefer to bring your own mat, you are welcome to do so.
Q: Can I eat before class?
A: It is best to avoid eating a heavy meal within 2-3 hours of class. If you need to eat something, try to have a light snack, such as a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts, before class.
