Tiny Tot Classes
For children aged 3 to kindergarten, this program builds strength, hand-eye coordination, and focus using beam, bars, floor, and trampoline activities. Classes emphasize early childhood development through structured gym play that prepares students for formal gymnastics training while improving balance and spatial awareness.
Girls Gymnastics
Girls' programs span from beginner levels in 1st-2nd grade through high school, covering floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline. Progressive skill tracks allow advancement through evaluations, with specialized tracks for aerial skills and advanced springboard techniques. Classes foster discipline and technical proficiency.

State-ranked teams compete at Compulsory, Optional, and Xcel levels, with a track record of winning regional and national awards. The program focuses on technical excellence, competitive strategy, and athlete development, helping seniors earn collegiate scholarships through demonstrated performance and skill mastery.
