Welcome to Thornton's Gymnastics Center, where we believe in helping each individual student to be the best they can be. We are committed to not only developing our students' gymnastics skills but also strengthening their mental ability and character. Our dedicated team of experienced coaches aims to create a positive and supportive environment where children can thrive and grow.

Our Services

At Thornton's Gymnastics Center, we offer a range of services designed to meet the needs of all our students. Our classes are year-round, and students can enroll at any time. We offer the following classes:

• Preschool Gymnastics: Our preschool gymnastics program is designed for children aged 2-5 years. This program focuses on introducing young children to the basics of gymnastics while promoting socialization, team building, and confidence.
• Recreational Gymnastics: Our recreational gymnastics program is open to children aged 5-18 years. We offer separate classes for boys and girls, and our 8:1 student-to-coach ratio ensures that each student receives individualized attention and instruction.
• Competitive Teams: Our competitive teams program is designed for students who are interested in taking their gymnastics skills to the next level. We offer three competitive teams: Hot Shots (a developmental team), Boys Team, Girls Team, and Tumble. Our competitive teams compete in local, state, and national competitions.

In addition to our regular classes and competitive teams, we offer special events such as Birthday Parties, Private Lessons, Parents Night Out, Open House, and Open Gym. We believe that gymnastics should be fun and accessible to all, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our students and their families.

Customer Service

At Thornton's Gymnastics Center, we believe that customer service is just as important as the quality of our instruction. We understand that gymnastics is a challenging sport that requires dedication, hard work, and patience. That's why we offer twice-yearly evaluations to provide feedback on each student's progress and keep them motivated and engaged.

Our coaching staff is CPR/First Aid Certified, USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, and are all current members of USA Gymnastics. We are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all our students, regardless of their skill level or ability.

About Our Owners

Thornton's Gymnastics Center is owned and operated by Todd and Kimberly Thornton. Todd is a 2005 National Champion and a two-time member of the US World Championship Team. He is also the current Texas State Chairman for Men's Gymnastics and a former guest clinician at International Gymnastics Camp. Kimberly is a former Houston Texans Cheerleader and Professional Cheerleader for the Houston Aeros Hockey Team. She has over 20 years of competitive dance/drill team experience and has been coaching boys and girls recreational gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, and tumbling for over 19 years.

Together, Todd and Kimberly are dedicated to the success of each student at Thornton's Gymnastics Center. They are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
