H-Town Elite Gymnastics

H-Town Elite Gymnastics was founded to provide children of all abilities access to internationally qualified coaches and Houston's premier gymnastics facility. Our mission is to create a positive, motivating environment where every child can maximize their gymnastic potential while feeling part of a second family. Our recreational program serves boys and girls aged 2-18, utilizing age-appropriate equipment and a progressive curriculum taught by Houston's most compassionate, highly trained coaches who adapt instruction to individual learning paces. We offer seasonal camps with structured schedules from June to August, featuring flexible enrollment options for monthly or session-based participation. Our competitive programs - including USA Gymnastics-sanctioned Junior Olympic teams, Xcel competitive divisions, and the invitational Hot Shots preparatory program - are led by Houston's top coaching staff to help young athletes achieve their athletic goals.

Special events include themed birthday parties with dedicated hosts, equipment rentals, and supervised Kids Night Out sessions held bi-monthly for children aged 5-12. The facility maintains strict safety protocols requiring medical disclosures, appropriate attire, and non-refundable deposits for program reservations while operating as a premier training center rather than licensed childcare. With over 5 years of community service since 2017, we combine professional expertise with personalized attention to create a comprehensive gymnastics experience that builds physical strength, confidence, and lifelong skills.
