KICKS Indoor Soccer & Gym is a premier sports and fitness facility located in the heart of Houston, Texas. For the past 12 years, we have been proud to serve the Heights community with state-of-the-art soccer fields, a full gym, and various athletic programs for all ages. As we prepare to transition to a new location, we want to take a moment to thank all of our patrons for their support and loyalty throughout the years.
Soccer Leagues and Programs
At KICKS Indoor Soccer & Gym, we offer a wide range of soccer leagues and programs for both adults and children. Our facility features a top-of-the-line in-fill turf field, perfect for adult league play or kids' training sessions. Our adult leagues cater to players of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced veterans. We offer several league divisions, ensuring that you'll be matched with players of similar abilities.
In addition to our adult leagues, we are proud to offer year-round training for kids of all ages through our KICKS KIDS program. These training sessions are managed by licensed soccer trainers and designed to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. Children can drop in for a single class or sign up for any program, with the flexibility to start at any time.
We are also proud to introduce the CHING TEAM, a group of local student athletes selected by Houston Dynamo star Brian Ching. The CHING TEAM aims to raise awareness about health and fitness and serve as ambassadors for the fight against childhood obesity.

Our beer & snack concessions, arcade room, showers, TVs, and full gym provide everything you need for a fun night out or a productive workout session. Additionally, our concessions and arcade room are perfect for kids' birthday parties or team events.
The KICKS Bar
Located on the second floor of our facility, the KICKS Bar is the perfect spot to unwind after a game or to enjoy a night out with friends. Open seven days a week, the KICKS Bar features over 8 flat-screen TVs, one large projector screen, and a full international bar. Enjoy special events, competitions, and contests, such as karaoke, FIFA soccer matches on Playstation 3, and poker tournaments. With fantastic drink specials and a welcoming atmosphere, the KICKS Bar is the perfect addition to our facility.
