At Karma Yoga, we are dedicated to providing a serene and inviting environment for our students to explore the world of yoga. Our expertly trained instructors offer a diverse range of classes, from hot yoga to yin yoga, catering to students of all levels. Our Services

We offer a variety of classes, workshops, and special events to suit your yoga needs. From our signature hot yoga classes to our more gentle yin yoga practices, our classes are designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our experienced instructors provide personalized attention and modification to ensure that each student feels comfortable and supported throughout their practice.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer special events and workshops, such as our myofascial techniques class with Bella Russo, which focuses on connecting the nervous system and lymph systems in the body using myofascial techniques and slow, intentional yoga shapes along with breathwork.

Our Online Offerings

We understand that not everyone can make it to our studio, which is why we offer online classes through our YouTube channel. Our online classes are taught by our experienced instructors and vary in length, rigor, style, and content. We encourage you to let us know what you want more of so that we can try to add those classes to our repertoire.

Kids Yoga

We believe that yoga is for everyone, including children! Our kids yoga classes, taught by children's yoga expert Elise, are designed to be fun, physical, entertaining, and exciting. Our classes promote correct yoga postures, peer interaction, and lively games and challenging exercises.

Products and Pricing

We offer a range of products, including our Karma logo tank tops, which are available in white or black (with opposite logo) and various sizes. We also offer a variety of pricing options, including drop-in rates, 5-class cards, and 11-class cards. Our prices are effective as of April 18, 2021.

Manage Class Reservations

To make it easy for our students to manage their class reservations, we have a heading at the far right of our homepage entitled "MANAGE CLASS RESERVATIONS". This is a one-time application that sets you up in the Karma system permanently with an email and password. This way, you can easily sign up for classes, cancel, and view your history.
